Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Atlas Automation Systems, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and business clients who access or use our services.

Description of Service

Atlas Automation Systems provides missed-call response automation and customer communication services for local service businesses. Our system monitors incoming phone calls and, when a call is missed, automatically sends a follow-up text message to the caller on behalf of the participating business. The system collects information from the customer and delivers it to the business owner, enabling prompt and professional communication.

Acceptable Use

Our services are intended solely for lawful business communication purposes. By using our services, you agree to the following:

  • You will use our services only for legitimate business communications with customers who have initiated contact with your business
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including telecommunications laws, consumer protection laws, and data privacy regulations
  • You will respect and honor all customer opt-out requests promptly
  • You will maintain accurate and up-to-date business and contact information at all times
  • You will not use our services to send unsolicited messages, spam, or any content that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive
  • You will ensure that all customer communications are truthful, professional, and directly related to customer inquiries, service requests, or appointments

SMS Compliance

Atlas Automation Systems facilitates customer communication and missed-call follow-up messaging on behalf of participating businesses. The following terms apply to all SMS communications sent through our platform:

  • Messages are sent only after a customer interacts with a participating business, such as placing a phone call, submitting a service inquiry, or requesting an appointment
  • Businesses are responsible for complying with all applicable messaging regulations, including honoring customer opt-out requests
  • Customers may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message
  • Customers may request assistance by replying HELP to any message
  • Atlas Automation Systems is not intended for, and may not be used for, unsolicited marketing, spam, promotional campaigns, affiliate marketing, or bulk advertising communications

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain the availability of our services at all times. However, we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

Payment and Billing

Service fees are outlined in your service agreement or subscription plan. All fees are due in advance unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with reasonable notice. You are responsible for all applicable taxes related to your use of our services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Atlas Automation Systems and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atlas Automation Systems, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or your violation of these terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of California.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
